Ground-Based Containerized UAV Hangar
This ground-based containerized (mobile) UAV hangar is a container-type hangar system deployed on a ground concrete foundation, used with fixed-wing or multi-rotor UAVs. The standard 20-foot container measures 6058 x 2438 x 2591 mm, weighs approximately 3.5-5 tons, adopts double-layer color steel plate with rock wool or polyurethane insulation, operates in -30 to +55 degrees Celsius, at altitudes up to 5000 m, and withstands wind force level 6. The cabin door is an electric aluminum alloy rolling shutter door (width >= 3.2 m x height >= 2.2 m); launch and recovery support in-cabin slide-rail catapult takeoff with recovery (fixed-wing) or multi-rotor automatic takeoff and landing platform, compatible with 1.5-25 kg class fixed-wing and multi-rotor UAVs. The roof is equipped with an independent weather station (wind, temperature/humidity, rain) and multi-antenna array (4G/5G/microwave/Ka-Ku satellite communication), with a side-mounted large-size LED information screen and multi-channel in-cabin monitoring. The energy system uses 380V mains plus UPS plus lithium iron phosphate energy storage (4-8 hours continuous operation on power outage), with optional diesel generator or photovoltaic off-grid supplementation. Typical scenarios include border patrol, grassland fire prevention, police aviation routine patrol, emergency rescue, pipeline inspection, and large-event security. The in-cabin systems and operation workflow cover: automatic takeoff and landing platform (slide-rail catapult with net or arresting cable recovery; multi-rotor option uses RTK-guided automatic platform with robotic arm battery swap), automatic charge or battery swap (robotic arm docking battery compartment completes swap in <= 8 min, or contact/wireless charging reaches 80% in 15-30 min), data return link (4G/5G public network plus microwave/ad-hoc network plus high-throughput Ka/Ku satellite uplink, covering long-distance and weak-signal areas), in-cabin environmental control (industrial air conditioner plus heater plus dehumidifier, maintaining 18-28 degrees Celsius / 30-60% RH), hangar monitoring (multi-channel in-cabin cameras supporting remote real-time viewing and historical playback), weather station (roof independent weather pole collecting wind speed/direction/temperature/humidity/rainfall in real time, automatically locking catapult when threshold exceeded), side-mounted LED information screen (scrolling display of task number, airspace notice, warning text), and intelligent management and control platform (supporting route planning, task dispatch, real-time return, AI recognition of license plate/smoke/personnel, multi-UAV coordination).
