Built on the JAC Xingrui series blue-plate light-truck chassis, this mobile tire service vehicle features a Xingrui transmission and China VI diesel power, integrating air compression, tire mounting, dynamic balancing, and inflation-patching equipment with long range and strong load capacity, suitable for trunk-line logistics, long-distance fleets, and industrial and mining enterprise tire support. Overall dimensions are approximately 5995 × 2200 × 3100 mm (box-body conversion, varies by upper body), with a 3600 mm wheelbase (3360/2850 mm optional), and 4495 kg gross vehicle weight (blue-plate, C1 license). It reaches a top speed of 95–100 km/h with 4×2 rear-wheel drive, seating for 3, 7.00R16LT 8PR tires, and air-brake/spring-brake with ABS.
