Built on the Karry Jiangtun E7 pure-electric closed-van chassis, this mobile tire rescue truck integrates air compression, tire mounting, dynamic balancing, and inflation-patching equipment with zero emissions and low noise, suitable for urban areas, industrial parks, logistics yards, and nighttime quiet operations. Body dimensions are 5150 × 1760 × 2085 mm with a 3250 mm wheelbase; gross vehicle weight is 3075 kg (blue-plate), curb weight approximately 1570 kg, and rated payload around 1375 kg. The cargo compartment measures 3185 × 1595 × 1400 mm with 7.1 m³ volume, featuring barn doors and a sliding side door for easy access. It reaches a top speed of 80–90 km/h with rear-mounted rear-wheel drive, a 2-seat layout, 195/70R15LT 12PR tires, and ABS+EBD braking. The drive motor is a Suzhou Inovance TZ180XS080 permanent-magnet synchronous unit with 80 kW peak power (approximately 109 hp) and 230 N·m peak torque; the traction battery is a 41.86 kWh LFP pack (CALB cells) with air cooling, delivering 260–310 km CLTC range. It supports both fast and slow charging, with 30%–80% charging in ≤30 minutes at ambient temperature, and scheduled charging.
