JMC Fushun Coal Mine Gas Detection Vehicle
This JMC Fushun coal mine gas detection vehicle has body dimensions of 5655/5495 x 1974 x 2700/2645 mm (two length options, two height options), 3550 kg GVW, 3355 kg curb weight, seating for 3, 3360 mm wheelbase, four 215/75R16LT/C tires, and top speed of 160 km/h (ECU speed limiter optional at 100 or 69 km/h). Power comes from a JMC JX4D20A6H 2.0T diesel engine (1998 ml displacement, 107 kW/143 PS, China VI emission standard GB 17691-2018), with standard Asia-Pacific 3550B500 ABS or optional Bosch ESP9, EDR, and optional direct-power ETC. Dedicated equipment includes gas chromatograph, instrument cabinet, workbench, and generator, with vehicle purpose of mobile detection operation. The coal mine gas detection dedicated configuration includes 6 major modules: main analysis adopts dual-channel gas chromatography (FID detects CH4, C2H6, C2H4, C2H2, C3H8; TCD detects H2, O2, N2, CO, CO2, with detection limits from ppm to ppb level); auxiliary analysis is equipped with 8-12 channel electrochemical, infrared, and laser sensors (CH4, CO, CO2, O2, H2S, SO2, NO, NO2, NH3, C2H4) and TDLAS laser methane remote sensing at 30-100 m; environment and airflow monitoring covers temperature, humidity, barometric pressure, wind speed, wind direction, and dust (PM2.5, PM10, respirable dust); sample collection is equipped with electric or manual sampling pump, dust sampler, filter membrane, adsorption tube, and gas sampling bag; explosion-proof intrinsic safety configuration is Exib IIBT4 (compliant with GB 3836) plus explosion-proof sampling probe 1-3 m (compliant with GB/T 20953); data communication supports GPS/Beidou, 4G/5G, optional satellite communication, and connects to the Ministry of Emergency Management coal mine safety risk monitoring and early warning system (compliant with MT/T 1004, AQ 6201, classified protection 2.0 level 3). Typical detection limits per MT/T 1078 and AQ 6201: CH4 <= 1.0% warning, 1.5% power-off and evacuation; CO <= 24 ppm (8h); H2S <= 6.6 ppm (8h); O2 >= 20%, <= 18% evacuation; dust <= 4 mg/m3 (total), 2.5 mg/m3 (respirable).
