Trailer-Mounted Mobile Oilfield Work Cabin
This trailer-mounted mobile work cabin adopts a standard 20-foot container with end electric expansion, equipped with a 2-axle 4-wheel dual-tire trailer chassis, roof 5G and satellite communication antennas, top guardrail and ladder, rear dual high-power floodlights, side-mounted explosion-proof air conditioner with exhaust and electric control box, blue-white livery with 3 blue diagonal brand stripes. The shelter is a 20-foot standard container (6058 x 2438 x 2591 mm), with end electric push-pull expansion providing 30-45 m2 area, adopting steel frame with double-layer color steel plate and polyurethane or rock wool insulation. The trailer chassis is 2-axle 4-wheel dual-tire with leaf spring, tow pin, and parking handbrake, equipped with 7.50R16LT or 8.25R16LT dual tires including spare, curb weight 4.5-7 tons, GVW 7-10 tons. The 5G communication system includes 5G/4G router, Beidou/GPS, Ka/Ku mobile or static satellite communication, Mesh ad-hoc network, industrial Ethernet, and roof multi-antenna array. The energy system uses 380V mains plus UPS plus lithium iron phosphate energy storage (>=4h on outage), with optional diesel generator (10-30 kW) or roof photovoltaic (1-3 kW). Typical functional zones cover mud logging and mud analysis, well testing and oil testing, oil quality testing (water content, density, viscosity, sulfur, salt, distillation range), driller and pump operator rest cabin, 5G data relay, and tool spare parts. Explosion-proof safety configuration includes IIA/IIB explosion protection (compliant with GB 50058 and GB 3836), lightning protection grounding (<=4 ohm), static bonding, dry powder and CO2 fire extinguishers, multiple exits, explosion-proof air conditioner, and G4/F8 two-stage dust filtration. Typical scenarios include onshore conventional oilfields, desert and Gobi (Tarim, Changqing, Shengli, Qinghai), shale gas, tight gas fracturing, emergency rescue, and overseas oilfields (Belt and Road).
