SHACMAN Delong 8x4 Mobile Industrial CT Inspection Shelter
This integrated inspection and CT shelter is a solution-level integration featuring a heavy-truck chassis with expandable shelter, industrial CT and inspection systems, hydraulic self-unloading outriggers, and shielding protection, custom-integrated by the body builder per customer requirements. The vehicle uses a SHACMAN Delong 8x4 heavy-duty chassis (4 axles, 8 wheels, multi-axle drive), with 29490 kg GVW, approximately 19-22 tons curb weight, and 80-89 km/h top speed. Power reference: Weichai WP10/WP12 China VI diesel 340-460 PS, matched with Fast 9/10/12-speed or ZF AMT transmission, 12R22.5 or 315/80R22.5 tires, and ABS/EBS braking. The shelter adopts steel skeleton with double-layer color steel plate and steel-lead composite shielding layer (lead equivalent 6-30 mmPb optional), supporting single/dual-side electric push-pull expansion, with single shelter area of 30-45 m2. The self-unloading core is equipped with 4 hydraulic outriggers (single leg >= 8t, whole machine lifting >= 35t), with typical workflow of drive in, extend legs, jack up, drive out, and independent operation, completing deployment and stowage within 30 min. The CT system offers optional 9 MeV/6 MeV linear accelerator or 450/600 kV X-ray machine, paired with amorphous silicon/CsI flat panel detector (16-bit, 100-200 micron), 5/6-axis turntable (load 50-500 kg, positioning +/-0.02 mm), supporting DR/cone-beam CT/spiral CT imaging, GPU 3D reconstruction within <=10 min per scan, with AI defect auto-recognition. Multi-modal integration includes industrial endoscope, UT/ET/MT/PT non-destructive testing, dimensional measurement, and 4G/5G/satellite return. Radiation safety adopts steel-lead composite shielding with high-lead glass observation window and labyrinth protective door, with outside dose rate <=2.5 microSv/h, equipped with five-fold interlock (compliant with GB 18871/GBZ 117/HJ 661). Typical scenarios cover aerospace, defense and military, heavy machinery, pressure vessels, new energy semiconductors, oil and gas pipelines, and cultural relics archaeology and forensics.
