This road inspection vehicle is built on the Qingling Isuzu QL1110ANPWY medium-truck type-II chassis, powered by an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 5.2L diesel engine (139 kW / approximately 189 hp) with a gross vehicle weight of 10550 kg. As a mobile pavement performance inspection platform, it performs dynamic and fixed-point friction coefficient and skid-resistance testing on trunk highways, urban roads, and airport runways, with data supporting maintenance decisions and safety inspections.
