XCMG Hanfeng G5 Electric Road Detection Vehicle

Built on the XCMG XGA1182BEVEAX type-II pure-electric chassis, this vehicle is a self-powered mobile testing laboratory with an on-board experimental operation cabin, featuring zero emissions and low noise. Overall dimensions are 9500 × 2550 × 3600 mm with a 5300 mm wheelbase, curb weight of 17870 kg, gross vehicle weight of 18000 kg (18-ton class), and axle loads of 6500/11500 kg. The cab seats 2 persons, top speed is 89 km/h, with approach and departure angles of 13°/10°, six 295/80R22.5 18PR tires, and ABS supplied by Ruilikemi CM4XL-4S/4M. The powertrain uses a Suzhou Lvkong TZ370XS-LKM1114 permanent-magnet synchronous motor (110 kW rated / 180 kW peak, approximately 244 hp, 1100 N·m peak torque, mated to a Lvkong 4AMT gearbox) with a CATL lithium-iron-phosphate battery (210.6 kWh), 4×2 rear-wheel drive, and pneumatic drum brakes. The dedicated detection module includes a laboratory cabin integrating experimental workstations and testing units for on-site analysis, on-board sampling equipment for field sample collection, a sample refrigeration unit to preserve sample quality during transport and storage, a compartment video surveillance system for operation recording and remote dispatch, and an access ramp for equipment loading and personnel entry (350 mm horizontal length when retracted).
